Finding Purpose & Passion thru Hope
Countless leaders, authors, and poets have extolled the virtue of Hope from the dawn of recorded history, but none captured its essence more viscerally than the oft quoted Latin phrase, "Dum Spiro Spero." (While I breathe, I hope.) Through the most relentless dry spell or in our darkest hour, the simple act of surviving another day sparks Hope for a potential change of fortune where possibility can be rekindled, replanted, renewed. Rebuilding individual character and organizational culture through Hope begins with gathering the positive of what was, what is, and what could be. Next, rediscover passion for the could be that nurtures Hope. And finally, align individual passions into a vision that reignites collective purpose. In our Renew program, leaders will discover their individual renewal resources, learn to encourage renewal in others, champion a new purpose nurtured by passion, and rebuild a culture of Hope resistant to future setbacks, tragedies, and upheavals.
