Turnarounds in the Face of Mass Departures, Talent Flight & Leakage
Nothing is more disturbing to organizations large and small than the sudden departure of essential talent and key personal. Understanding the ‘real reasons’ for the exodus is often beyond current company personnel as many are often in the same flight-mode and/or those in flight are unwilling to divulge their true grievances to remaining loyalists. Third-party consultants can get to the cause faster and more accurately through exit interviews and anonymous surveys. With the right information, senior executives can make the right decisions to correct hygiene factors and tweak motivation factors. In this 2-part crisis course and intervention, we will help leaders at every level of the organization identify the ‘real reasons’ for flight and implement immediate tactical shifts to halt the exodus of top talent and, in the second session, help these same leaders examine the biases, blind spots, and blunders causing the talent flight in order to course-correct and reverse the trend.
