Compared to, say, The Gentlemen (or perhaps "half" of anything comprising Guy Ritchie's film catalogue), Wrath of Man falls flat, but if you go into thinking it'll be a summer flick released in May, well then, your expectations should be met just fine.
Think popcorn. It's a popcorn movie, nothing more.
