Very meh.
The final four minutes are better, but the first hour-and-fifty-minutes are as fatiguing and colorless as Fey's character's beige coverage of Kabul 2003-2006.
I still haven't made my mind up about Fey as an actress. I enjoy her Palin impersonation, but am pretty sure I can do without the rest. There's a lot of rest.
She's funny, and a keen writer, but so much of what she does is such sophomoric trash that it's hard to appreciate the good bits and enjoy them for what they probably are or strive to be.
C'est la bias.
No matter, four new films open tomorrow, and WTF will soon be consumed by Batman and Superman and Wonder Woman and pass from cinemas.
