Despite being a dud at the box office, and not Jonah Hill's finest hour, I enjoyed True Story nonetheless and thought Franco did much better than folks are saying.
The reality of it all, however, the story itself...left me virtually speechless.
The opening scene will stop your heart, and when the credits roll, I suspect it will stop again.
