True Detective is a weird series: Season One is renowned, while Two and Three were iffy for most viewers.
Here, Jodie Foster takes the reins for Season Four, and I'm personally loving it. It feels like "cops meet The Thing."
Speaking of, I gotta go: Episode 5 drops tonight. Two nights early, and on a Friday, no less, because this Sunday is the Super Bowl, so every eyeball in America will be tuned in to see if Travis Kelce proposes to Taylor Swift after their big game ;-)
