Serial killer Richard Cottingham (and men like him who do terrible things to women and children then play cat and mouse in prison with detectives for 30, 40 or 50 years for donuts, pizza and Mountain Dew) are the reason I sometimes wish we had the sort of punishments found in The Old Testament or the Middle East.
These guys oughta be put on antiquity's breaking wheel.
