Interesting idea with meh execution.
Coulda been so much more, but in all honesty, Tom Wilkinson's acting was just really hammy (kinda like his role as Carmine Falcone in 2005's Batman Begins).
Performing as a caricature of sorts is a very fine line to walk: Sometimes it comes together—and sometimes it doesn't.
The Titan falls victim to the latter, though it's not for a lack of effort. They tried, and that's clear here; it just didn't come together in the end.
Sorta like when I try to bake chocolate chip cookies.
