Sublime, charmant, magnifique, ravissant!
I've always thought of Wes Anderson as a confectioner, his films being so light, sweet, and beautiful that watching them feels about the same as tasting cotton candy or a baker's pastries.
This film may very well be my favorite of his thus far.
The first 20 and final 10 are the best minutes of all, but the middle's delightfully yummy as well.
It's pink and aquamarine meringue, through and through.
