In his wacky, inimitable way, Yorgos Lanthimos makes another worthwhile film.
It's a solid, dark comedy, but definitely not a mass market crowd pleaser. So, beware if you choose it wrongly for your 'date night' or something.
Consider yourself warned.
But yes, if you like twisty films with creepy James Wan-like violin music in which one's comeuppance is much deserved, and for which revenge is that dish best served cold, by all means, please, be my guest....
