Bummer.
A "6," maybe a 6.5 if I'm being generous.
The first twenty minutes are promising, maybe even exciting...but the remaining 97 minutes are lame.
It's the third movie in a row (after Jurassic World and Terminator Genisys) with no chemistry between its protagonists.
There's lots of running around, a bit of Bourne, but never enough, and lacking science and plot to create any lift-off.
Arghhhh....
