Meh.
Some fine music here and there, but color me biased: every teen movie since the eighties has simply aspired to be a great teen movie from the eighties.
They all fail.
Breakfast Club, Pretty in Pink, Weird Science, Fast Times at Ridgemont High...those were teen movies.
This one tries to be, and while trying hard is admirable, it's also embarrassing.
