Some hip, cool, bearded Dad bods who are world-class toy makers in real life indulge one child per week by building said child's whimsical request, be it a boat-sized guitar that plays music or a dinosaur that spits candy tacos.
If I was nine, I would love this show, but at 52, it's 10% clever and 90% obnoxious. Many of the 'kids' appear to be 'wannabe child stars,' and Making Fun comes across as simply one more soul-crushing stepping stone on their walking paths to get somewhere...higher?
High-quality production value though, as they say in the biz, so at least there's that ;-)
