My goodness, this one ticks SO MANY BOXES!
It's a gonzo, wall-to-wall fight scene revenge thriller that'll have you up on your feet clapping and hooting and high-kicking in your Chuck Norris [hidden gusset] Action Jeans!
Man, I haven't had this much fun since 2015's Mad Max: Fury Road.
Once Kate begins coming after you, it's Game Over, bruh!
She will shank you in the eyeball and a dozen more times in the neck before you even know she's in the same room.
And that's AWESOME!!
Had to watch it twice just to take it all in.
If, as a kid, you loved Bruce Lee, Saturday morning kung-fu flicks with laughable dubbing, and dug Black Rain, this will tilt your pin-ball, fo sho.
It's also got a strong Blade Runner 2049 vibe: tons of static neon buzz with hot pink and aquamarine blue everywhere. Loved that!
It's just so off-the-rails, and that's exactly what we needed.
