Described as "a three part TV miniseries about Lanarkshire's Detective William Muncie and his quest to bring to justice [Scotland's first] notorious [serial] killer Peter Manuel."
It definitely does that, but while somewhat interesting (and definitely sobering), it's mostly flat. Not much spirit or heart here, save a couple character outbursts.
