[spoilers ahead, read with caution!]
Many of my best friends are pipeliners, so I had to see this one for myself.
It's not terribly poorly done, but it does feel rushed and unfinished, much like the havoc the terrorists aim to wreak.
When not smoking bongs (!), there's a lot of politicial posturing, pontificating, and bloviating by the motley crew of 20-somethings, but there is no "blowing up of a pipeline" because, try as they might, they can't quite seem to work the explosives without hurting themselves.
Or, said another way, they do not know how to blow up a pipeline ;-)
