It's pretty good; too bad it never caught on, its highest viewership being 1.2 million for Season 1, Episode 1.
Biggest problem is pacing (periodic boredom) and the fact that Lee Pace and Scoot McNairy embody tedious characters who simply cannot keep up with—much less compete with—the charisma of Mackenzie Davis's Cameron Howe or Kerry Bishé's Donna Clark.
The showrunners shoulda tossed the men overboard and bet on the women.
