A sobering documentary that includes a series of interviews with detectives and police who captured "The Monster of Genoa" (Colombian Luis Alfredo Garavito), who is currently believed to have single-handedly murdered and raped more children than anyone in the history of mankind.
The numbers are staggering, but an equally appalling crime was his sentence.
Fortunately for all, he died in prison this past year, evil as ever.
