"Cute" is probably the best descriptor, though to some—in time—the word might be "classic."
If Monty Python and the Holy Grail, Shaun of the Dead, and The Rocky Horror Picture Show, then why not Extra Ordinary? It's definitely cut from the same cloth and of that ilk.
