Quite good, actually! (Don't look so surprised.)
As an aside, it was filmed in Auckland (New Zealand), and despite the whole shebang occurring atop a dilapidated apartment building and then the basement (overnight), you can sorta sense the ocean all around 'em.
I just found that to be interesting, so thought I'd share ;-)
Anyhoo, I particularly liked Mirabai Pease as "Teresa," cuz she's scrappy as all get-out.
