I love the joke about The Big 5 and The Ivies: "Kids these days. High school is so much harder than when we were kids. Debate club, summer mission trips building homes for poor strangers, learning a second language, playing the violin. God it's competitive. They bust their asses to get into a Big 5 school or the Ivies, eventually graduate from there with a 4.0 only to be told, 'Oh, we're a country of socialists now.' They've been born and bred to compete, to be their very best, to be #1...only to discover they coulda slept in."
