...That's what we knew going in, but the showtime worked out conveniently, so, wham-bam, in we went!
Worked out pretty well. Cheesy, yes, but equally earnest, hard-working, interesting, and faith-based.
And I learned who Brian Banks is, so, there's that.
Moreover, we learned about the California Innocence Project which, having just watched a documentary about Bryan Stevenson's Equal Justice Initiative, is giving me goosebumps.
