Not sure how I feel about this one.
Or, more specifically, about whom they chose to play Amy.
Amy was a firebrand with a peerless voice.
Gonna have to manage my expectations.
p.s. Saw it. Marisa Abela is great as Amy BUT...her head-wriggle affectation drove me BONKERS. She looks like a bird strutting before lunging for a worm. Incredibly annoying. If it happened once or twice I'd be okay and look past it, but it's unforgettable for two hours so the film's a dud for me. Sorry 'bout that!
