Pretty cool!
Not completely cool, but pretty cool...
My standard for spy and CIA operative films is all things Jason Bourne and now The Accountant, which this film is not, but it's still pretty good.
It'll be a successful, fun, well-received September vehicle.
Do check it out mid-month.
Great date movie: lots of pretty locales, a motivating back story, good characters, and fun action sequences followed by grappling and knives to the throat. The recipe for success, if only it had a few more cool cars and worse bad guys.
Oh, and better music (think Bond or Mission Impossible), and a tad more grit to take it up and over the top.
This first one sets up a trilogy or more, so that's promising.
