Lodestone
Concepts & Cases for Future Leaders
Lodestone prepares future leaders for three broadening rings of professional influence and responsibility: (1) First, Leading Oneself, (2) second, Leading Others, and (3) finally, Leading Organizations. Through six days of workshops spanning six months, Cohort participants explore personal ownership, integrity, leadership identity, vision, networking, mentoring, communicating, collaborating, innovating, influencing, coaching, managing up, receiving and providing feedback, understanding followership, maximizing resilience, and navigating resistance. Graduates of Lodestone (benefactors of peer-participants' site tours, on-the-job assignments, and exposure to leaders from across multiple organizations) demonstrate a net increase in their overall understanding of the combined enterprise business model and are anticipated to become candidates for new and challenging roles within five years.
