Capstone

From Leadership to Legacy: The Delicate Art of Finishing Strong

A labor of love for our entire team, Capstone is among our most powerful and personal programs to date. By its very nature, the conclusion (aka "grand finale") of one's career is often packed with unexpected emotions, events, outright surprises, and sometimes a bit of drama. Having worked intimately with hundreds of leaders on their final glide paths, we've come to learn a few things—and Capstone is chock-full of tomorrow's to dos and inspiring insights for those preparing to land their vocational planes.

The program packs a wallop, made even better when attending within a cohort of one's peers aiming for the same lines on the runway.
