Kate Beaton
Kate Beaton serves as Cultural Liaison & Consultant for Leath Group, LLC—a dynamic curriculum development and intellectual property greenhouse that grows leaders and shapes cultures.
Born and raised in Ontario, Canada, Kate majored in French Linguistics and double-minored inFrench Translation and Teaching French as a Second Language at the University of Toronto, from which she graduated with an Honors Bachelor of Arts degree.
In University, Kate balanced her studies and lifelong passions for traveling the world, exploring different cultures, and service through part-time employment with Air Canada.
Following graduation, she chose to fly full-time for French Canadian carrier Air Transat, and when home she tutored children in French.
After immigrating to the United States and receiving permanent residency, she joined Mesa Airlines operating American Eagle.
Today, Kate—and her husband, Andrew—continue their travels here and abroad.
When not in the sky or translating, writing, interpreting, facilitating, project managing or otherwise liaising with Leath Group clients, Kate can be found volunteering with children or the elderly, hiking the world’s most gorgeous mountains, or flat-out shredding it in the gym.
